Multinational companies often have an executive compensation challenge.  There's an existing fringe benefit for executives in the company's home country, but executives in other countries have been excluded because no one was able to figure it out.  We can solve that by analyzing the tax and insurance laws of the applicable jurisdictions and structuring the policy so as to be as tax efficient as possible for all concerned.
